REPLAY: Goal Setting When Everything Feels Hard

Share with a friend

I’ve just deleted a “sorry” and had to rewrite the opening paragraph to this week’s newsletter. Yes you guessed right, because it’s late. I typically send on a weds and it’s going out on a Friday. Regular readers will remember that I promised to model not getting hung up if I don’t get to everything on my list. So I deleted my sorry…I guess writing a whole paragraph about not apologising is a covert apology isn’t it. 😊

Anyway, this week has been a busy one so deadlines have been shifted to keep my sanity. I hope you’ve also been able to flex accordingly of late. If you’re spinning all the plates, have you been able to let one drop and comfortably not worry about it? Hopefully my late newsletter is a nice reminder to get a little bit greek occasionally and drop one of the plates that you’ve been spinning. I’m not saying be reckless but give choosing not to be overloaded a go once in a while. If you’re like me and are a bit of a perfectionist who could make themselves busy in a vacuum, I’m telling you now it feels sooooo good to say “I’m good with this being late” or the holy grail “it’s ok for this to not get done at all”

So what are you cutting from your to do list first?

REPLAY Goal Setting When Everything Feels Hard

You’ll know (because I’ve been banging on about it for ages) that I held a masterclass this week on goal setting. I’m sharing the replay with everyone who registered and thought I’d also share it with this group.

Enjoy! I love hearing from you and it feels like the last few weeks especially, people have been really generously sharing their own thoughts, views, feelings and experiences. So if you do feel moved to share what goals you come up with or anything at all, please do!
